BOEING 829 Air India VT-ALM first flight. Declared emergency at 1800z for degraded flight controls and returned to Paine Field.

    Ahh thats who it was. I should have checked here when I got home.
    I logged hex 800463 which fits.
    VT-ALM is A B777-337ER s/n 36311 for Air India
