777X Bomarc Campus Expansion and Other Stuff

Turner Construction is constructing an 85,680 square foot building for Boeing at the Bomarc Business Park. The 45-802 will be used for engineering and support on the 777X program.

The Bomarc Business Park is located on the former Paine Field BOMARC missile site. Construction began in September 1959. Due to budget cuts work was stopped in March 1960, the missile site was never completed. The photo shows the location of the missile shelters and the Boeing 45-802 building.
