Thomson Airways G-TUIA and G-TUIB on the flightline.

LOT Polish Airlines SP-LRA has been stranded in Chicago since the 787 grounding on January 16. The FAA has approved a one-time permit to ferry a 787 (probably B-2727) from Fort Worth to Everett, maybe SP-LRA will return to the nest soon. Photo by Lee A. Karas.

China Southern Airlines B-2727.

RC524 Nippon Cargo Airlines JA14KZ departing on an EWA flight.

A 787 fuselage was unloaded from N747BC this afternoon.

  1. For the first time since the grounding, SP-LRA was towed to an AA hanger, however it may be for the lousy wintery mix that is starting right about.... now!
