RBC Heritage golf tournament at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina at noon on Friday. Scheduled to return to Everett on Monday.

787 Grounding Week 5

The last 787 test flight from Everett was on January 16, ZA512 ANA JA818A was flown on a functional check flight.

JA818A is now being stored near the FAA tower with three other 787s. The Seattle Times is reporting that Boeing is working on a short-term battery fix that could have the Dreamliners flying in a few months.

787 horizontal stabilizers were unloaded from N249BA this afternoon.

The last 787 to fly out of Paine Field before the grounding, JA818A has been parked since January 16. A preflight ground test will be conducted on ZA184 Japan Airlines 787 JA830J on Friday.
