I can imagine the Boeing prays out loud for the day that they can close the EMC, roll airplanes directly from the assembly lines to B1 and C1 flights and send them home to their new owners. Any idea when this might become reality?
It was supposed to be a reality in June 2012 when this 787 came out of the factory:http://paineairport.com/kpae5070.htmSupposedly the first 787 that needed no rework and would go straight to the flightline for a couple of weeks and then delivered.
now over italy
