RC003 747-8I N5020K off Paine Field to KCVG. A person on the ground reported something falling off the wing of the airplane at takeoff, the Paine Field Fire Dept. did a FOD sweep of the runway and found nothing.
Air India VT-ALK headed back to the Boeing ramp after a test flight October 16, 2007.
