Horizon Air announced today that it wants to begin commercial passenger service out of Paine Field in Everett.

Snohomish County, with a population of nearly 700,000, has no commercial airport. Paine Field is an excellent choice for passenger air operations.
The terminal is conveniently located near the airport offices.
Lots of parking space available.
Paine Field has three runways! The longest is 9010 feet long.

Yes, and think of all the greenhouse gas emissions that will be eliminated when Snohomish County residents can drive to a local airport instead of Sea-Tac.
Paine Field is clearly the Green Choice.
