Dreamliner One, N787BA, was moved from the 45-04 paint hangar to the fuel dock Saturday night.
Mark your calendars, N787BA and 747-8 N747EX are both scheduled to attempt B1 flights on December 22.

Etihad Airways A6-ETF inbound from the Portland paint hangar.


Etihad Airways 777 A6-ETF has just arrived from the Portland paint hangar and wing load tests are continuing on the static test 787 in the 40-23. The APU was started on 747-8 N747EX in the early afternoon.



Two airport sweeper trucks have been on continuous duty this week getting the runway spotless for an anticipated 787 taxi test.

Due to poor weather conditions, this was shot from inside the command vehicle. There are five 787s on the flightline, in order of appearance: JA804A, N787ZA, N787FT, N787EX, and an ANA with no registration.

787 Update

There was a line move this afternoon, line 835 Cathay Pacific 777 and FedEx 777F N851FD were moved from the 40-24 to the fuel dock. The fatigue test 787 was moved from the 40-24 to the flightline. Dreamliner Two N787EX was moved to the 40-24.

N787ZA was moved from ATS Hangar 3 to the flightline (next to N787FT) on Sunday.

Dreamliner Two N787EX is ready to be moved out of the temporary hangar November 14, 2009. The side-of-body modification is apparently complete. Dreamliner Four will likely be moved from ATS Hangar 3 to the tent on Sunday. Dreamliner One, N787BA, conducted VHF and HF radio checks with Boeing Everett Radio in the morning.

A crane is used to hang thrust reversers on N787BA in the 45-04 paint hangar. N787EX, in the tent on the flightline, will have fan cowls installed soon and on Sunday, November 15, a 787 in ATS Hangar 3 will be moved to the flightline.




There will be a line move in the 40-22 tonight, all three 747-8s.
