Finally, the most beautiful airliner in the world in full paint. The tail design looks nice, otherwise I would have preferred the Dreamliner colours though.
Congrats to Boeing. A frame that was never supposed to sell in alive and kicking. 1k framse and counting of the most graceful looking plane out there. Let's hope that the economics are better that what is expected and another 1k copies to come!
Beautiful, amazing, and what monsterous engines! It's great the see the sexy babe out on the town again! It's a plastic surgeon gone mad, creating a masterpiece.
The 747 Remains the Queen of The Skies. Of course the Hard Core Airbus fanatics will say the 747 is an old design, but even if she looks the same, the inside has changed a lot over the year.....I have flown them as a PIC for years..200,300, and 400 Series and they are a privilege to fly. "The Flying Forehead" (A380) has not achieved a good dispatch reliability as of so far and besides when you put the 747 next to the A380...there is no question which one is the most beautiful. The 747-8 is a beautiful aircraft, and is now the Longest Airliner in the world...bypassing the A340-600 : )
What do you know about dispatch issues with the A380?? WTF?? Get a life.. Agree that the B747 is by far the better looking plane.. All boeing hyas to do is ensure the cost efficiency of the plane and they have another winner.. And maybe then we can start forgetting the fiasco of the 787 program..

ReplyDeleteHail to the Queen of the skies!
The two people who said the following...
ReplyDelete"Wow, Boeing have managed to push out of a hangar , a plane they developed in 1969.. any wonder why Airbus have gone so far past them."
"Just another 747. When will Boeing catch up because they have fallen behind. The 787, a glorified 767."
...are complete morons who know nothing about what they speak. That is all.

ReplyDeleteespecially the moron who had to clarify and correct thats its being pushed not towed. I mean seriously.. get a life!!!
ReplyDeleteA breach birth.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't "push/pull" describe the direction of towing. For towing is the act of moving an aircraft.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the video of the "EX"
ReplyDeleteAarne
